And back to Rome!
I have quite a few outfits saved up from our trip back to Rome/London/Devon that I haven't shared yet, I'm just wary of becoming one of those "outfit of the day" bloggers. But since the only events I have time to go to nowadays are the ones myself and the Stylesmith team are producing, event coverage is slow and all my journalistic integrity (trend reporting and what not) is exercized over at all the MAGIC blogs (here, here and here) - but I've been told by a tiny percentage of the 20K of you apparently still reading regularly (thanks for sticking with it!) that you miss my regular posts, so outfits it is!
Phew, that was long winded.
Anyhoo. This dress is probably one of my favourite vintage finds, it's from a vintage dealer in Paris. Which makes it sound like I'm very well traveled and quite worldly, when in actual fact we have eBay to thank for my worldliness. I'm a sucker for a floral dress, and a sweetheart neckline (hello boobs) and the embroidery and crystal detail just make it touch more special. It was the perfect cotton dress to deal with the sticky Roman days. Paired with my trusty pink chucks of course.
