I'm completely fascinated by knitted or crocheted crafts. Mainly because I find the concept of knitting so hard. I can just about knit a scarf....I can't finish it off so it inevitably unravels. I've got the basics down but can't even begin to imagine how these people create such wonderful things!
It's interesting to see the progression in this particular art, I've been amused by so called Graffiti Knitting or 'Urban Knitting' in the past. Knitters will make street signs and lamp post warmers which is just completely brilliant. See this blog for awesome pictures. But in a more useful progression fashion has been going the way of "knit one, purl one' also....
